Eligibility
Infinity Care Hospice of Louisiana, LLC, offers services to those individuals who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. The care and treatment plan is established by the patient and/or family, the physician, and our Interdisciplinary Team.
Infinity Care Hospice of Louisiana, LLC, is a locally owned provider, rendering services to patients residing within a 50 mile radius of the metropolitan New Orleans area.
